I will be speaking at the upcoming EuRA Conference 2018 in Dubrovnik on succession & planning. EuRA celebrates its 20th anniversary this year and many of the long term members are approaching a point where they may want to take a back seat. In many cases there can be a family legacy, but for those who wish to sell a viable business, how does this process work? This session will ask those hard questions – what is a company worth? How is it calculated and who is likely to buy it? What are the intricacies of the process? The talk will be on Thursday 26th April 10am-11am, entitled “What’s it Worth? Valuing Your Company” it will take place in the Lopud Lobby Level.
